š” Reports and safety
Every profile can be reported or blocked from the three-dot menu. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours; accounts that break the rules are hidden or removed. LoviBee is for adults over 18 only, and Creators verify their identity before they can withdraw.
Frequent questions
Nobody calls me / I get no calls+
Check that your button is GREEN. If it is grey you do not appear to anyone. It turns grey on its own if you leave the app in the background for about an hour ā open it again and it goes back to green.
The call connects but I only see black (browser)+
Your browser is blocking the camera. On iPhone: delete the LoviBee icon from your Home Screen, open lovibee.com in Safari, add it again with Share ā Add to Home Screen, open it from the new icon and tap Allow. On a computer: click the padlock in the address bar and allow Camera and Microphone.
My photo does not show on my profile+
Photos uploaded in My content appear on your profile and in the catalogue. If your circle still shows a letter, open the app again ā it reloads by itself.
I bought coins and they did not arrive+
Some payment methods take a few minutes to confirm; the coins are credited on their own as soon as the store confirms. If more than an hour goes by, write to us with the store receipt and we will look it up.
How and when do Creators get paid?+
The rate is 625 š = 1 USD. Payouts run weekly, on Sundays, once you reach 20,000 š (32 USD). You need to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal.
How much do I earn per call?+
120 š per minute on every call, and it is all yours. The client always pays, whoever placed the call.
I forgot my password / I signed in with Google+
Use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and we send a code to your email. If you created the account with Google and never had a password, that same flow lets you set one.
Someone is bothering me+
Open their profile, tap the three dots and choose Report or Block. Blocking is immediate and they can no longer see you or contact you.
I want to delete my account+
Settings ā Delete account, inside the app. It erases your profile, photos, messages and matches for good. You can also do it from the link below.
